Sales Manager (m/f/d) Belgium + Netherlands
• Responsible for sales of equipment and components of the Group
• Strengthen the relation to existing customers and extending the customer basis
• Responsible for planning, development and implementation the strategy to Benelux market in close coordination with the Managing Director in Strasbourg and the German headquarter.
• Participation in 5-year planning, annual planning and forecast.
• Develop market knowledge and product-based sales strategies.
• Develop sales opportunities and strong relations with key clients within the construction sector.
• Proactive advancement of an efficient sales organisation by process review and optimisation.
• Negotiations with clients regarding sales contracts.
• Prepare and present monthly reports at sales meetings.
• Cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues of the Group in France and Germany.
• Minimum 3-5 years-experience in technical sales within the construction branch.
• Degree in Engineering and/ or Business Administration.
• Entrepreneurial and result oriented and sales focused with strong technical competence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation.
• Team player, communicator and networker.
• Strong commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility, open minded, positive thinking, loyal.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Flemish and French, good command of English - German is a plus.
• Your Base is your home office, but also from time to time in our office in Strasbourg, frequent business trips.
• Well-developed sales area with wide customer basis
