Our mandate is one of the leading European contract manufacturers of fully trimmed cabins for mobile machinery. They have production units in Finland, Germany and Slovakia. The Group has been in the industry for over 60 years and it is fully family-owned and have a stable ownership striving for a long-term success and strategy. They employ more than 800 professionals and is formed of the parent company (Group) and its six subsidiaries. The revenue of the group was 173 million Euro in 2021. This year their revenue will be about 200 million euro. The Group successfully ended a green field project in May 2022 and opened a brand-new factory in Slovakia.

Sales Director (m/f/d)

Your Duty:
Your main task is to lead MSK Cabins Business Area´s sales organization and look for and guarantee profitable growth in all production units and customers. Among other things your tasks are:
• Leading and coordinating Sales and Marketing of the Cabins Business Area of MSK Group
• Preparation, implementation and following up sales and marketing strategies
• New customer acquisition at all units
• Preparation and conducting market surveys and competitor analysis´ 

• Head user of CRM-tools and software.
• To implement and develop sales processes in all units
• Regularly organize customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintain, update, and modernize customer contracts and agreements and draft new contracts with the local salespeople.
• Visiting leading professional trade fairs as an exhibitor.
• Contacting and communication with new prospective and potential customers; product offering, solution offering, service offering.
• Internally close collaboration with MSK Group product development, purchasing department and with local business unit leaders, local Managing Director.
• Active working with and motivating of the local sales managers in Finland, Slovakia and Germany.
• Reporting activities to Cabins BA Director
• The role will require business trips visiting existing customers and prospective customers, mainly in Europe. Additionally, regularly business meetings will be held at the headquarter in Finland with the management team, but as well customers will be invited on regular basis to production units.
• About 40 – 60 traveling days per year

Your Profile:
• Experience of BtoB sales
• Experience of leading sales organization and excellent motivation skills
• Sales leadership of an international sub-contracting business
• Experienced in creating contracts (internal and external)
• Experienced in project management
• Very analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
• Can express him-/herself in very convincing way
• Preferably coming from off road machine business or working machine business
• Preferably deep going experience from above mentioned industry with the experience of component selling or/and subcontracting.

Other requirements:
• Technical or commercials education (Master’s degree)
• Very strong technical mindset, but “can open doors” at prospective customers
• Capability to lead and develop independently own organization
• Willing to show daily presence at the factory
• Capability, experience and desire to lead sales team and other professionals
• A lot of energy, enthusiasm and persistence Language skills
• Excellent written and oral English and German language skills are Must
Computer skills:
• Microsoft-Office, ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365, CRM (Sales Force)
