They serve world-class companies to cut their costs and shorten the time-to-market in several industries for example e-mobility, battery technology, off road machine and electronical devices. Our customer generates added value to their customers by applying their technological expertise. They produce standard and tailor-made springs and they are stamping and deep drawing complex products in a very near connection and cooperation with their customers. The company is fully family owned. The stable ownership is striving for a long-term success and strategy. With their four (4) factories and about 270 employees they yearly revenue is about 65 million euros. Additionally, they have sales subsidiaries in Sweden and Switzerland.

Their products are very well established in different market segments. To meet market requirements and to cover the market demand their international project management and sales force will now be strengthened to realize striving growth plans. Innovations are built together.

Your Duty:
• Key Account Management of named customers
• Maintaining and expanding revenue and improving profitability of existing customers
• Searching for new business opportunities and projects; new sites and departments and successfully turn them into new projects and revenue
• Recognizing and developing new projects with existing customers
• Selling solutions (not standard products)
• Feasibility analysis´ together with the customer and company design team
• Modification of the customer designed parts for feasible production
• Lead the new sales projects for own customers
• Critical actions and activities:
• Taking care of the named customers and their profitability
• Acting as project manager in customer development projects; “one face to customer”
• Pricing of products and projects with the help of Company´s designers
• Work in close cooperation with other colleagues to safeguard quality and speed in customer relations.
• networking/ teamwork with other functional internal groups, especially with R&D, production and marketing
• Representation of the company at international exhibitions and events.
• Very strong emphasis in project management and sales activities
• Willing to travel and meet customers. Be effective in a variety of business cultures and different goal industries
• Weekly meetings (local or video) with existing customers and regularly contacts with own factories (like design teams) concerning open projects.

Your Profile:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management /and/ KAM function. Proven experience & skills in selling tailor-made solutions
• Knowledge from sheet metal forming e.g. deep drawing or stamping
• Working experience from international companies and desirable of contract manufacturing
• Knowledge of the Finnish business life and culture
? A Finn, who lives in Germany with technical commercial background or vice versa
? A person, who has studied in Finland and now lives in Germany
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented professional who has demonstrated success in winning new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding revenue with existing customers
• Personality Traits: positive energy, good social and communication skills
• Experience of price policies and price calculations

Other requirements:
• Commercial or technical studies or apprenticeship with a lot of interests to technical issues or vice versa
• A lot of energy, enthusiasm, and persistence
• Able to take leadership and responsibility of projects and sales processes

Language skills
• Excellent written and oral in English and German languages skills are a Must

• Finnish language skills are a big plus

Computer skills.
• MS Office
• CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of some ERP system is an asset
